In the next screen, select "Add a new User" (createdb3.jpg)

 

 

Step 4

In "Add a new user" screen, input your desire informations; for example, I'm using "joomla" for both username and password (createdb4.jpg)

 

 

Step 5

In the section "Database for user", select "Create database with same name and grant all privileges"; then, scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click "Go" (createdb5.jpg)
