After login with this identity, you will see that this user has no privilege to create a new database (createdb9.jpg)

 

 

Step 10

And if you click on the Database tap, you will see that this user only has the limited access to his assigned database which is also "joomla" (createdb10.jpg)

 

 

Congratulation!!!
