Open folder C:\wamp\www\drupal\sites\default to coy file default.settings.php (drupal6.png)

And rename the new file as settings.php so you have 2 files as shown in the screenshot (drupal7.png)

Go back to your desire browser and left click to refresh the web page (drupal8.png)
