Now, left click on "Activate Plugin & run Importer" (mwp9.png)

On the right side, left click on the button "Upload file and import" and browse to location that you saved the backup file before, and in this guide, we saved the backup file on our Desktop (mwp10.png)

On the right side, edit to make any change to any author to suite your needs ; then, select the check box "Download and import file attachment" and before click on "Submit" button, if you move your Wordpress from/to your local Wamp like we illustrate here, make sure you have Internet connection since the backup file only contain the paths and now your new Wordpress will go to your old Wordpress to get in order to import all the contents including all the threads, the images, the video, ...
