osCommerce ("open source Commerce") is an e-commerce and online store-management software program that provides a basic set of functionality that meets the common needs of online businesses. Beyond the basic functionality, osCommerce is able to be augmented, via either community-supplied add-ons or custom code, meaning that it can be customized to meet the specific needs of any business.
Before follow this guide, please head over our Guides page and follow our Setup DB guide to setup a Database for osCommerce; in this guide, we setup and use the information as follows

Host: localhost
Username: oscommerce
Password: oscommerce


First thing first, head over our Downloads page to grab a copy of osCommerce to download and extract it on your desktop (osc1.png)

Right click on the extracted folder and select Cut (osc2.png)
