In "Database Config" section, fill in the informations as below (mw6.jpg)

Scroll down a little bit and still in "Database Config" section, select "MyISAM" type in "Storage Engine" and select "Backwards-compatible UTF-8" in "Database character set", then click the button "Install MediaWiki" (mw7.jpg)
Step 8
After waiting a little while, you will get the next page with the red line stated "Installation successful!", and also a friendly reminder to move file "LocalSettings.php" from folder "config" to folder "mediawiki" (mw9.jpg)
