Don't close the windows yet, just minimize it and open the file config.inc.php in folder C:/wamp/apps/phpmyadmin2.10.1 (setpw6.jpg)

The file config.inc.php greets you with the warning message "Do not edit..." :-( (setpw7.jpg). It only warns people don't know what to do, but you follows this guide and have nothing to worry about
