Step 3
In "Checking Environment..." section, make sure you see the red line stated "Environment checked. You can install MediaWiki". In "Site Config" section, fill in your email address and the name for your wiki website, suggest to use your domain name (mw3.jpg)
Step 4
Scroll down a little bit and still in "Site Config" section, fill in your desire informations for administrator for your wiki site, remember these informations are different from the informations for Database (mw4.jpg)
Step 5
In "E-mail, e-mail notification and authentication setup" section, you should leave everything as default. (mw5.jpg)
